I am with you my Grace

I fully agree, and I plan to vote a straight Libertarian ticket next time . I think GWB made some really bad mistakes and I don't think Reagan was perfect.

What I don't understand is that when Obama does something outrageous, they only thing they can say is, well what about bus or Reagan, to me it proves they know how bad Obama sucks as a President, they just can't admit they were wrong about all that hope and change BS

Because they are currently in charge. You and you running buddies constant defense of Obama, by poinying out the actions of someone who was in office many years ago amazes me.

And if the right takes charge and does the exact same thing, the folks bashing Obama will be as quiet as dead space. This is where the anger lies.

Same like I said above. The same folks stark raving mad at Obama gave GWB and any other Republican a pass when the same thing was done, if not in some cases worse. Folks aren't defending him, they're pointing out how hypocritical folks are being. My personal beef? Folks here and on the right in general want Obama's head for Benghazi, but are too quick to forget about the 4000+ Americans that died right here in our back yard under GWB, yet that's only brought up to highlight how bad Muslims are. According to some of you here, no president lied before Obama, no one died until Obama, and things were some type of Heaven before Obama was sworn in.

You want his head on a platter, be my guest. But at least be consistent.

And the folks that raised hell about about many of the things Bush did , now defend Obama by saying Bush did it so what. You wanna talk about real hypocrisy. Isn't it amazing the war protest stoped as soon as Obama was elected, but more troops have died in Afghanistan under Obama than Bush

You claim hypocrisy,, you did not know me in the Bush years and you have heard me criticize a lot of what he did . Obama is President know, and I have accepted the fact that no matter how many laws he breaks or how many times he tramples the Constitution all i am going to get from you guys is, but what about Bush . That is absurd and you know it

So let's talk about the Present shall we or is that way to painful for you guys to deal with ?

So in the above video, Obama said signing statements were unconstitutional and he would never use them or bypass congress like Bush did, so you, I and Obama all agree Bush was wrong. So Obama lied and did something wrong. So it's ok with you because Bush did it Right ?

So did he Lie or not .

It's not painful for me, but here's the issue:

What conversation can we have if one side refuses to budge? You said he broke the law. According to this, that is debatable: http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/DC-Decoder/Decoder-Buzz/2014/0603/Bowe-Bergdahl-swap-Did-President-Obama-break-the-law-video

But for those who hate him, nothing can sway them from thinking he's the Anti-Christ.

Considering the Afghan war has been raging on since 2001, it makes sense that more troops have died on Obama's watch. Once again, he gets blamed for this, but can't take credit when OBL was killed. Once again, the single most deadliest terrorist attack in American history was carried out when a Republican was in charge and it's not his GWB fault, but somehow Benghazi is all on Obama.

What's absurd is day in and day out all folks talk about here is Obama, yet, it's not his supporters or loyal followers. What discussion can be had when you're opinion of him is already cemented in concrete? If you don't hate him, you're in love with him is the mantra here. If he does something good, it's still not good enough for you. If all you want to do is bash him, why not go to an Obama hate website and have a free for all? Wouldn't that be more entertaining?

He's called the worst president of all time, yet we can only compare him if the that comparison is negative to another president. He lies, yet his lies are somehow worse than other presidents. Why is that? Why is everything amplified when it comes to him?

So, to be clear, if you want to be bi-partisan about this, then open the dialogue to both sides, not just the negative. You might find a more productive conversation afoot.

Did he lie and break the law ?

How was freeing an American prisoner getting his way? Unless you have behind the door access and you were there, you don't know the full story. So, did he lie? You should ask him.

So when Dianne Feinstein said he broke the law, was she lying ?

So when Dianne Feinstein said he broke the law, was she lying ?

When asked whether there was a “credible threat” on Bergdahl’s life if word had gotten out, the California Democrat responded: “No, I don’t think there was a credible threat, but I don’t know. I have no information that there was.

Feinstein and several other lawmakers have accused President Barack Obama of violating the law — specifically, a part of the 2014 National Defense Authorization Act — by not informing Congress of a prisoner exchange at least 30 days before. Top national security representatives House Armed Services Committee Chairman Buck McKeon (R-Calif.) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) have blasted the administration for not keeping Congress in the loop. Rogers in particular said he hadn’t been briefed on Bergdahl by the White House since 2011.

She also said that she couldn’t definitively say whether Bergdahl’s life was in serious jeopardy, another argument that the White House has made to justify acting swiftly and without consulting Congress.

Also, the President can make executive decisions, as per the law, if he deems it necessary.

Not in violation of the law he can't.

The same people he said he could not trust, knew about going after Bin Laden, many weeks ahead of time. The same people he failed to notify in accordance with the very law he signed, had already said no to the prisoner swap.

I guess after the investigation, we'll find out.

Did he lie and break the law ?

Pressed +1 by mistake.

You think a former prof of law doesn't understand how the law can be manipulated? How do you think lawyers make money.
