I'm still under CR1 visa and i have to file to remove condition,

i'm planing to send the removing condition and in the same time go to morocco .

Please i'm aloud to go outside the country , or i need to finish everything before i leave.

You can travel while removal of conditions is in process. File in the 90 days preceding the expiry of your green card. Your receipt notice will act as a 1 year extension to your card so when you travel you must take that (the original, not a copy) as well as your card.

You can leave the country while waiting for the removal of conditions.. When you file they will send you a one year extension - If you have that extension document (along with your card) you can leave and re-enter the country. Remember that you will also receive a notice for a biometrics appointment that usually is set for around a month to six weeks after you send in your initial paperwork for removal of conditions. The appointment is easy to reschedule if needed.

People remove conditions because their green card is expiring. No "visa" is involved. If the green card expires, you'll need the original receipt notice extending your status for a year in hand, along with the green card to re-enter the USA.

thanks for the correction - I said visa expiring.. I should have said green card expiring.

You have to go to biometric appointment after extension letter comes. And if you are bad luck enough, they might need you to show up again to recapture your fingerprints. So don't rush to travel right after biometrics appointment.
