Hello ,

I have a question and need advice for AOS ....

I submitted AOS at NVC stage and it was accept with check-list ....

Check-list is 2013 tax return and new I864-A form ......

My joint sponsor is married , us citizen and also have depended and they have sponsored many people before me....

Now i got a new joint sponsor ( my brother ) but he has a GC holder and unmarried

so my question is that which AOS form is good in current situation to present in interview directly ?

Previous one without tax return 2013 but got extension

or

New joint sponsor with GC holder and unmarried and complete tax return 2011 , 2012 , 2013 with handsome salary ??

Looking your advice

In my opinion the second one. He doesn't have any dependents to count against him.

no as long as the person is an LPR or USC who is domiciled in the USA who makes over the poverty guidelines or has enough assets.

OK. I'll answer that no, it is not a negative thing to provide a new affidavit from a new joint sponsor. That's why NLR recommended you use that option.
