Good morning guys I have 3 questions?

1- we Married In Egypt and we Here Dont have Middle name and my wife Have Middle Name. but Here we use The Names then the Father Name , and then the name of the grandfather. So they add her Middle Name With Her First Name And his Father Name After her Name . So I wanna to Know If this Working or Not in the uscis.

2-ًWhen I write the Check send to who Uscis ??

3- and how many days before i get my case number? .

Application I-130 for spouse

1- Not sure.

2- Make the check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

3- you will get a recepit number about 3 days to a week after sending your package. Make sure you send everything to prevent delay.

American women generally take their husbands last name. So yes, it will be her first, her middle, and your last name (grandfathers) ..or she could have both your fathers and grandfathers i suppose, after her middle name. its up to the both of u what u choose to do. i only took my husbands grandfathers name as my last. She should go to her local social security office and have the last name on her social security card changed.. she will need the translated marriage certificate to do this. This is what I did. And she should go to the DMV and have her name switched there, bringing the marriage certificate and her ss card. I have yet to do this part. But I filed my petition in my husbands last name and use his last name as my own mainly on all things. My response is probably too late ..but maybe it can help someone else. I'm in CA btw..this is how simple it is to change my last name here.. not sure about other states. We married in Egypt as well.
