The "dons" are not only on the internet. Its also well known that they hang around the resorts too hoping to "catch" a vacationing foreign female who may increase their chances of getting out of their country. High fraud consulates look very closely at relationships that begin this way. A man's intentions are not necessarily bad if he is looking to marry outside of his culture or country. He may be seeking true relationship and many do. Its the incidents where the beneficiary is out and out lied to/scammed or under the table arrangements made to look like a relationship they are trying to catch.
