A bit worried about RFE too. As we don't know when and if we are going to get one, hopefully none. We are really praying for a smooth processing.

Btw, so far this our timeline:

May 23: package sent

May 30: case received: to TSC

June 5: noa1 hard copy received

June 5: alien registration number changed

We really hope that they are still expediting applications from The Philippines even if it is being handled at TSC.

I did a search through Philippines members K-1 timelines, set the filter for TSC and not transferred. I could only find one member within your parameters, assuming you mean after the USCIS Typhoon Haiyan Humanitarian program started last November. Carl & Sam had an NOA1 of 3-14-14 and an RFE of 4-19-14. If it's any consolation, I did see a handful of Philippines members waiting longer than you for NOA2. One going back to November.

Yes, thanks, I too looked through the timelines and filtered the same way. Almost everyone I found that took about the same time or longer than me, were members that have not logged into Visajourney.com in a long time, so I don't consider them active members right now and their info may not be accurate.

I haven't seen any timeline entries that show and RFE for a Philippine petition taking this long - It will be at 12 weeks tomorrow from NOA1.

I realize that Visajourney.com does not represent all K-1 petitions for the Philippines, but I think it would be fair to say there are enough to give a good amount of data and to derive a fairly accurate average for processing times.

Thanks.

If you click on Immigration timelines at the top of the webpage and filter for TSC/Philippines, you can get a good idea of how long it has taken others to get NOA2. It looks to me that the average time is about 5 weeks. I've seen anywhere from 11 days to 8 weeks. Keep in mind that all the data is self reported by each member, so some may not be completely accurate.

Best of luck to you!

Correction to my post - I will be at 11 weeks tomorrow, not 12... can't count :-)

I appreciate all responses, but this is the Philippines regional discussion, so really looking for responses from others dealing with a Philippine K-1 petition and how long it was from NOA1 to an RFE letter.

Thanks much...

I forgot most (not all !) cases from the Philippines are faster than other countries...

I do see this is a Philippines regional discussion, which I hadn't seen when I first replied, since it didn't show on my phone. This may be the case for other-non-philippines ..they saw it on their main page, maybe specify next time in the message that you would like only Philippines regional people to answer...

Good point... thanks for that.

I was just trying to find out from other Philippine petitioners that did receive and RFE letter....how long did it take to get the RFE letter from the date of your NOA1 notice?

From the timeline data I've seen, it seems like if you are going to get an RFE letter it usually shows up within just a few weeks.

I'm now at week 11 as of tomorrow.

Thanks.
