My case is in TSC too, I wait almost 5 months. My fiance called to them 3 times,but only got one answer " Please wait".

I don't know why CSC do this so quickly even some fiancee get visa only spend 3 months. But we still wait NOA2.

Maybe call to them everyday is a good idea.

I dont know... when we send the form Texas was moving really good, but from this year... I dont know what could happened there. I am thinking , if Texas is moving so slow, how is Vermot ?!

Wow that's crazy slow...we filed on November 1st, 2013 and had our NOA2 by February - our interview is in less than a month. I would call them soon and see what's going on.

Vermont is not doing I-129f petitions any longer. That is why Texas is slow now. Vermont sent all their petitions to Texas so their workload doubled. California did not get any of those to help so they continue to move quickly. Texas now has a backlog of 8000 petitions. You can thank the idiot that made the decision to send all the VSC petitions to TSC rather than splitting them between both CSC and TSC.

One explanation why CSC is moving so fast now with the petitions, is because of DACA renewals is approaching fast. That's what happened in 2012 with the initial DACA's..before CSC received the DACA petitions, CSC was approving I129f's in 3 months or less..once DACA came in, I129f's processing came to a complete stop for months in a row.. Some couples back then had to wait 9-10 months for NOA2. no clue when they stop it.... i just read it since one petitioner called uscis and talked to tier2 and asking about expediting application but sad they said its already ended

My petitioner filed the I129F last Nov. 2013...we received the NOA1 06th January 2014, NOA2 23rd January 2014...I am here at UAE - Abu dhabi...so it took a while..waited for the embassy here to send us the appointment letter...only to know later if not sending email on the update of my case..i missed the interview.so i waited for 4 mos before I discovered that I should have had the interview last 6th May 2014...it is case to case basis..you just have to wait and it depends on how it is process at the embassy that your case was forwarded..but I assure you it is moving..just be patient...God bless.

ok i dont understand this K1 procces at all,does it matter what country your fiance comes from,or are all the people in the same boat,i dont understand how do they work if some people get it after a month or 2 and some after 6 or 8,then they dont go by order

I would say we're all in the same boat BUT it's often the same countries that get it faster.. I feel especially bad for people from those same countries that don't get it as fast (& of course everyone that is waiting too ^^ )

Hello, it took 8 months for us and now we are at the nvc stage which has taking 3 months and a half?. It's very frustrating because they are indeed very backed up. Hope we will hear an interview date by next month, but at this rate who knows.??
