K2 and I-134 (London)

My fiancée has her appointment on Monday and I just realized I may have missed some paperwork.

Does each K2 require duplicates of all the forms she needs? paystubs, tax forms and such?

She can copy all the forms for each K2, but does she need an original wet signature I-134 for each minor child (Under 10)?

I just sent her a new I-134 since the old one was almost 6 months old.

Ok did a proper search and it looks like I only need on I-134 as long as the kids are listed on it.

But what DO the K-2s need photocopied. It keeps mentioning packet 3 but we never got anything saying packet 3.

I have seen people list packet 3 items, but seems not all of them list the same items.

"Packet 3" is an outdated term that continues to be used on Visa Journey. When your file reaches London they are supposed to send a letter of instruction. The letter from London tells you to find the K instructions on their website here http://london.usembassy.gov/iv_15.html. Your timeline says you received "Packet 3" on January 14. Yes? No? Notice the web instructions say complete a DS-160 for each family member. Did she do that? There are links to what is expected at the interview from each visa applicant...birth certificate, visa fee receipt ...

The letter also tells you if your petition has expired before the interview, the beneficiary will need a new letter of intent from the petitioner. Looking at your timeline, your petition will be almost 7 months expired.

Did you also this London document? http://photos.state.gov/libraries/unitedkingdom/164203/cons-visa/IV019_fiance_appt_letter.pdf

Yes, each intending immigrant (so both K1s and K2s) need an original I134 each. However, the supporting documentation doesn't need to be duplicated.

(I e-mailed the embassy and asked this as we'll be in the same position).

I sent her a new notarized letter of intent just last month so that should be ok.

I have read several posts on here where others did NOT need a separate I-134 at the London interview so now I am more confused. She has 2 copies of my I-134 with wet signature one dated in February and one dated last month. (I got promotion as well as worried the letter would be close to 6 months late)

I said we got the Packet 3 but actually it was just a letter stating her interview date (nothing about what to bring).

We have done the DS-160 as well as paid the MRV fee for her and all 3 children.

She won't need original signed 1-134s for the children. It's a subjective decision by the officer. He will size up the amount of money you make and the number of people you will support and make a decision.

Does she have something proving full custody of the children or something signed by the father? Example, these posts http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/450622-k2-separate-i-134-for-each/?hl=%2Bchildren
