Hi to all!

I applied I-130 for my wife on Dec 2014, and until now we're still waiting for NOA2 hopefully it will come soon. Also I was wondering if there's anyone here have the same month and date. Please update me.

Hi my priority date is October 27 and we still waiting. I saw in igorlist California service centerwas working in October cases.

Could you please tell me to which address you sent the upgrade request. We sent on Feb5th but still no response. Whenever I call they say they have not received it yet. I am worried..

Please help me.

I received NOA2, and this is to upgrade my visa category from F2A to IR1. We sent to NVC, bt they were questioning us like if we have sent to correct address or not?? Its been almost 55days. They need 60 days to review any mail or email.. :(

I sent to both asknvc and nvcinquiry. Do not worry. Next time you call ask for a supervisor and tell them that you expect some sort of confirmation that your upgrade request has been received. You will hear soon after that. We did the same. Best of luck and keep me posted.

Sorry, I am very confused now. Can some one explain to me what is NOA2? I have received a Action of Notice for Approval and priority date of 4/29/2014 also from California Center.

I see ritbiv has a later PD than me, but already got case completed. Am I missing something here?

Shall I expect anything more now? Thanks a lot!
