I130 filer in California service center (F2A CATEGORY) from april 2014 to june 2014

Not upgraded yet. My husband emailed nvc on nov 26. He also mailed them a copy of his naturalization certificate. He called nvc and the representative said it will take 4-6 weeks. What about your husband's citizenship process?

My husband going for interview next week, then hv to wait for oath. Anyways we hv not got NOA2. So fingers crossed.

Hv u filled all required forms in NVC stage? Any Emails from them? Try to pay AOS fee n IV fee.. if u able to pay then u r upgraded. Chk out below thread.

We can not proceed to aos and iv stage untill our case is upgraded. I am checking this site daily. Immigrant Visa - Sign In

No update yet. Maybe NVC was slow because of year ending and new year. I hope to get news within next two weeks. Let's see what happens. What about your case. Is it approved? What about your husband's citizenship? Oath date fixed?

Congrats on ur approval. Mine is August 19, still waiting for NOA2. . Another 12 days more to complete fifth month

In interview they have said Decision cannot be made, so we are waiting for it. Its been almost a month but no update from USCIS. Don't know how long we need to wait in this process.

Hello Sivin any updates? I was able to log into CEAC site and fill up the DS261 yesterday but the fees portal is not opened. No formal email from NVC yet. Hopefully I will get one next week. So, it took around 50 days to upgrade my case from F2A to IR1/CR1. Is your I130 approved? Good luck.

Nothing yet... both I130 and the response for N400... we are still waiting

I130 today it marks five months, so we planned to call tomorrow to check the status. Still no response.

Check this link to check similar timeline as yours to have an idea about the present scenario. I also suggest you to create a VJ timeline (if you have not created already) with your details to have an estimate of your date of approval (NOA2).
