Hello everyone, just checked the USCIS site now and my priority date has changed from July 14th to 28th July. It was on the 28th I received my NOA1. Why is this and has anyone experienced such?

I have seen others are mentionaing this thing on facebook i130 filers group page. The USCIS website got updated yesterday. Maybe this is a technological glitch? I don't know for sure but it's really wierd.

I too got the same change. I received NOA1 on Aug 22. And thats wat they show in the site. I guess they hv changed the case status site.. this could be the defect in the site or they may be indicating the NOA1 date... all we can do is wait...

Call the NVC helpline number and ask them for your NVC case number and IIN number. You should also give them your email I'd (and also your attorney's email I'd if you have any) so NVC will contact you via email for further notifications.

Hello ritbiv,

May i ask what's that IIN? I've been so busy this month but I remembered I saw our nvc case number from the last email I received from uscis. I ddnt notice the IIN. Is that supposed to be included in the email where your nvc case number is or I should call NVC about it? Thanks

Hello everyone, I'm an I-130 filer and a newbie here. My PD is October 8, 2014.

I have a question about processing times in California Service Center.

Now it shows 5 months but I'm wondering was it 3 months before, as most of you in this thread got their conformations for about 3 months. How did you know when they speed up or slow down? Thanks

IIN stands for invoice identification number. You need to call NVC to know the IIN. The email from NVC does not contain IIN if the PD is not current.
