my PD is may 5, 2014 and i received the NOA2 on sep 9 2014 but i didnt recieve anything from NVC , should i contact them or not ? and if i will contact them what should i say ?

Call the NVC helpline number and ask them for your NVC case number and IIN number. You should also give them your email I'd (and also your attorney's email I'd if you have any) so NVC will contact you via email for further notifications.

And by the way are you under f2a? You have not updated your timeline so asking.

thnx alot for helping me,

i called the NVC and asked them about my case that been approved on sep 2014 and didn't receive anything till now and she told me that there is nothing to send untill your priorty date comes current and she gave me the case number that assigned to my case and gave her my email address. that's all in the call .

1- is there anything to do at that point or just wait until my PD comes current ?

2- iam expecting ababy in feb 2015 what should i do to add the baby to the case when she born ? i need details so i can be prepared

Hello,

Congratulations for your pregnancy!!! I can answer the first question, Untill PD becomes current, you have nothing to do but wait. The only second option is while waiting if your spouse naturalizes to a US citizen, then your f2a can be upgraded to IR1/CR1 category.

For the second question I searched this for you as I do not know what to do in this situation.

My husband got approved in the citizenship interview on Oct 14. But he did not recieve any oath letter till now. Even the case status is still showing testing and interview. He got an appointment for infopass next week. So, my case is still pending at NVC. When was your husband's biometrics done??

Ohh.. okay fine.

He did his biometrics on july 1st. Interview on Dec 10th. Which field office did your husband went for interview? Do update me about his infopass response.
