Sorry, I am very confused now. Can some one explain to me what is NOA2? I have received a Action of Notice for Approval and priority date of 4/29/2014 also from California Center.

I see ritbiv has a later PD than me, but already got case completed. Am I missing something here?

Shall I expect anything more now? Thanks a lot!

ritbiv got her case upgraded to IR1. So she got her case processed in NVC.if you spouse become a USC, you also can do the same.

Exactly. :) But I think visa bulletin is moving faster. You will hear something soon TinaVisa.

And SiVin what's going on with your case? Is it upgraded? Did you call and ask for a supervisor? We did the same and only after asking for a supervisor we got upgraded.

Nothing yet. We asked for Supervisor still they asked to wait till 10th April. So hope I get some good news this week. Planning to call once again to get an update today.

My husband is travelling next week for our wedding anniversary. :) But only for a week, as we cant take risk on any delay for sending the package.

How about you? Where is your interview is, Delhi or Mumbai. I guess mine will be in Mumbai.

11/22/2015: iv paid


11/25/2015: ds260 completed


11/27/2015: aos & iv packet sent


12/04/2015: scan date


01/14/2016: case complete


09/28/2016: recieved interview letter (phone call)


11/09/2016: interview date.(approved)
