Hello. I'm new here and hoping to get a lot of information that I need. I'm still waiting for my NOA2.

Here's my situation. I'm Japanese citizen married to American citizen about 2 years ago in the States. At that time, I was legally working in America and paying for taxes for a year. Of course, I did the tax return for that year. But, because my work permit was expired and my husband was willing to come with me to Japan, he obtained spouse visa and came here with me. Now we have decided that we want to live in the States. He's back in the States working really hard for me and doesn't have much time to research things for me. So here I am..... I'd like to ask you guys for some opinion.

Along with my husband tax return transcript, am I supposed to submit mine as well if I have some working experiences in the U.S during the past 3 years? Does anyone know about this?

My case was sent to NSC so from what I've read here, it would take long time to get approved(hoping for the faster processing though.....:'(( ) I want to prepare everything before hand so that NVC process will be quick......
