NO NOTICE RECEIVED

My fiancee submitted our I-601 waiver on 20 October 2006 at the time of her interview. Our case number showed up on the London Waiver list website on the 17th of November 2006. However we have still not received written notification. Does anyone have a phone number that we can call to find out why we didnt get the notification?

We have tried the number that is posted on the London Embassy website and all we got was an email back telling us the following:

We regret we are not able to advise you on the status of your case until we receive information from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sub-office in London. As soon as further details become available you will be contacted.

Thank you for your e-mail correspondence.

Hi dwar49,

Send an email to this address. London.Uscis@dhs.gov They are the ones who have your waiver and would have sent you the postcard.

They should answer you. They did all of my emails.

Thanks for that email address, my fiancee mailed our question off to them and got response in less than 2 hours. They are resending our Notification of receipt via snail mail.
