Hi does anyone know how long it takes NVC Eletrionic to open and review the EP filing Emails.

The NVC phone operators say they don't know anything about EP (Supervisors too) .

I waited 31 days to get the emails that changed the GUZ numbers to GZO numbers for China.

Then I emailed the AOS and IV and filed out the DS-260 with the new GZO numbers that day, two weeks ago May 23rd.

So is it 30 days to get the confirmation and then 30 days for them to open the emails with the information in them and then another 3-4 weeks for them to look at them?

90 days? for emails?

or are they looking at the emails now?

IMO - it's not 30 days. However - the workers have been told to say 30 days. Specious - IMO.

IMO - it's not 30 days. However - the workers have been told to say 30 days. Specious - IMO.

Well it was 31 days to get the GZO Enroll email back. So I wonder is that like the wait to get the case numbers and then things move faster or is it behind so much that now every email waits 30 days for them to be read.

I sent an Email to ReserchNVC looking for our I-129F (for a K3). That took 30 days to for them to tell me they have no Idea where that went.

Because I did not get an auto reply i sent Enroll emails 2 times to be sure they went thru, then for each of those spaced at the same 30 days they sent the same reply. So yes they are still changing the GUZ to GZO.

when I asked the NVC phone operator how big a file can they recieve she told me up to 30 mb per email and break your files up into as many emails as you need. So i sent 7, none bigger than 20 mb.. but no auto reply so i dont know if they have every attachment or even all the emails.

The NVC phone operators say they don't know anything about EP (Supervisors too) .

That's strange. When I called Don (tier 1), he practically asked to sign me up with EP. He also noted that they would be changing the name to something else in the future.

So maybe you were lucky or the NVC is changing the EP now I dont know. For the most part I think it was easiest for the tier 1's to say they have no information but the Supervisors told me they can not see any EP information also. There are new instuctions on the Department of State Web site that were not there 30 days ago as far as file size being 5mb or less. I also see tha some people are getting enrolled by just sending in the emails with the GUZ numbers and NVC changes them to GZO. But I'm not sure that works. I had spent hours reading all the JV information I could find about how to make this work better and faster. Maybe I just slowed us down following the advise as it may have been outdated.

Just got off the phone with NVC :ranting:

I sent the AOS/IV packet to NVC via EP (email) on June 4th, but their system shows scanned date for my case is June 20th.

And Amanda from NVC told me that the "30 days" time phase begins as June 20th, holly god....

Its going be another month of wait time... :clock:

My question Is, has the "NEW" EP change the way to handle the EP case as well?

They took 2 weeks to enter my case into the queue?

I am pissed.....

90 days? for emails?

or are they looking at the emails now?

CC on the phone today as of this morning. So yes 90 days plus the first 30 days for the numbers to change.

Just got our CC Emails (one for Wife and one for my Stepson). Yes, 7 days after CC.

Is the interview date notice, going to be sent in an Email or snail mail now for EP filers in china? Will it be Emails to both of us? or letter to her in china from the consulate? I dont know what to expect?
