Paupau, you are residing in philippines right? Thank you for your info..im currently living and working here in Dubai.Hope I will get my packet 3 next week too..thank you and goodluck?

I already explain to you that there is no packets in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, seems you don't listen and your mixing up with countries. Even if you are Filipino and residing in UAE, if your embassy is US Embassy in Abu Dhabi, they wont send you packets, wait for email to be send to your petitioner.

good thing you able to plan ahead.i didnt know that NBI clearance is needed i tought they only need police clearance thats why i didnt have the chance to plan.now i have to go back to get an NBI. i sent my packet 3 May 30 ill let you know once i get schedule for interview. ^_^

Aawww don't worry, I read in the NBI website that if you don't have 'hits' then you can get your clearance same day :) My representative received my mail yesterday so hopefully he can go to NBI within the week.

I have another question please.. :) In the packet 3, it says "You will not be scheduled for an appointment until you return the CHECKLIST, this form, payment receipt and the DS-160 confirmation page to us."

What is the checklist that they are referring to? Is that the visa instructions page 1 and 2? Do I have to tick the requirements applicable to me? I am confused on what checklist to return to them. Any help will be much appreciated! :) Thanks so much!!

Sorry, I mean packet 3 to be send by email, because they called packet 3 the email that they will going to send to my fiance, in uae only email..but in Singapore as paupau said she received it by mail..
