Yes, you should be truthful. However, the crux of the matter is that to obtain a US VISA the VO must be convinced that you have a compelling reason to leave the USA after your visit. That your trip is pay for or will be paid for by your Boyfriend in the USA (from your other post) is NOT compelling reason for the VO to believe that you will not overstay your tourist Visa. You need to present the compelling reason that you must leave the USA. That means family, jobs, assets that are not easily transferred from Brazil etc. You have not traveled in 2 years and not want to go visit your BF on an all expense paid cruise. There needs to be some serious compelling reasons why you need to return to Brazil to overcome these two things. Other way to get to the USA is a Finance Visa if your BF and you are serious enough that you would both sign a letter that you are committed to marry within 90 days of you entering the USA. Take a look at the K-1 guides on this website.

Is it better to answer "I will pay for my trip expenses" or "My friend in US who is inviting me will pay for my expenses?"

Please I need your help

The only answer should be the truth. Lying at a visa interview is one of the fastest and surest ways to get turned down.

In your other thread you said your Brazilian boyfriend bought the ticket for you.

I was just going to type the same thing.

OP in your original post u did state that your boyfriend brought the ticket for you, therefore are you planning on lying if you re-apply for your visa????

Also seems she may be Ukrainian?

All very odd.
