The FS-240 is the CRBA. If you are asking about how long it will take to mail you the passport, this is 2-4 weeks, but this was not asked in your question.

Ok thanks I receive. A email from the us embassy saying they have receive my us passport an it will takes approximately 2 weeks to receive it an jus wanted to see if any nobody here has receive it sonner than 2 week

I would count on it, at least taking two weeks, since it is main travel season, and the DOS passport agencies are running behind with their production. If you need to travel sooner, apply for a travel document.
