My EAD has been approved and mailed the notice back in August but up to now i did not receive it. I just found out in revised EAD form that if you did not dreceived the EAD they sent you can apply without paying another fee. Im just wondering where should I mail the second application is it in Chicago or Missouri??? WE sent the first EAD in Chicago together with AOS, but Missouri was the one who sent us notice of action for EAD... by the way our AOS still pending due to FBI name check. thanks

Traditions Way,

Chicago is Missouri. The Lockbox in Chicago is the receiving station for applications and petitions submitted to the National Benefits Center.

Thanks Yodrak for the reply... still confuse, though. So, am I going to mail it directly to Lee's Summit, MO. In the application form it says that mail it to the office that process my husband's previous EAD application.. not really sure if it is Chicago because we mailed the application to Chicago.... then Lee's Summit was the one who approved it?????
