Hi all,

my 2 year GC will expire October 18 2014, so i am readying myself now to apply for my 10 year. however, there are some questions which make me confused.

on i-751 Form-PART 1 :

PHSYCAL ADDRESS

-- what does "in Care of Name" mean? is it my name/my spouse/other?

MAILING ADDRESS

-- it's the same with the PHSYICAL ADDRESS, so I would leave it blank/write NA??

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

-- "are you in removal, deportation, or rescission proceedeings?" there are two answers YES or NO. I am in removal i believe, but there are the words "deportation and recission" there? :/ if I answer YES, does it apply to these two words also? (hope you know what I mean :( )

please help, thanks in advance :)

*i hope I post in the right section of the forum*

1. No, I think that is for minors who are in care of their parents. You leave it blank.

2. You can either put down N/A or same as physical address.

3. Yes, because it says "or" not "and', therefore if you are in one of those 3 cases, you have to answer "yes". It doesn't automatically mean that if you are in removal you are also in "deportation, or rescission proceedings". Can I ask, how come you are in removal?

Why did you answer yes, if you don't mind me asking? Did you answer yes because you thought the question meant removal of conditions? If so then no. Yes would be if immigration is deporting you back to your country.

Otherwise you should have answered no
