Insufficient amount for I-134?

Hi Guys,

I have this question.

I am a petitioner for K-1 fiancée visa. Currently I live in UK. I moved to UK in September 2010 and was a student up to July 2013. I graduated in July 2013. Since that time I am unemployed (live in UK). So, my income for last 3.5 years is zero.

My cousin, who lives in the US are ready to fill I - 134 form for my fiancée (Affidavit of support ). His income is approximately $100,000 per year. I also have some savings - about $17,000. Technically I can get a letter from the bank which states that I have some savings.

My question is

Is it high degree of possibility that my cousins support will not be enough in order to get visa? I especially concern because I was student for 3 years and last year I have been unemployed in UK.

I used a co-sponsor for my I-129f petition on the I-134 form. My now mother-in-law acted as my co-sponsor as at the time my wife (then fiance) was not earning enough.

As long as your co-sponsor provides you with sufficient evidence (bank statements, recent pay stubs and a letter of employment) the affidavit of support he provides you with should be sufficent. However you will still need to submit a I-134 yourself, even if you have not had any income in the past 3.5 years.

Should we send completed and signed I 134 forms to the embassy? Or beneficiary should bring them on interview?

The beneficiary takes the form to the embassy with them on the day of the interview with all the evidence.
