I've been watching the AOS timelines and tracking our case on the USCIS.gov website daily since sending our packet to the Chicago address last month. It was received on May 21 at 1pm. I realize there is a holiday in the mix but as of today, we haven't received anything, no update, no NOA1, etc. The majority of AOS NOA1's are usually received w/in 9 days (counting weekends) As of today we are at 15-days and counting. Anyone else experience such a delay? Hoping tomorrow is our lucky day. We filed for all 3 (AOS, EAD, and AP)

Thanks for any feedback. Regardless of the delay, just happy they are here finally! :dancing:

Hahaha!! I tried searching for this but apparently missed anywhere where it said this. Poor searching on my part for sure!! Thanks for the heads up on that. Mind is resting much easier now for sure! :-)

by next week you should received the notice, im helping a friend out, i know your husband has a child did you have to pay for her AOS or just one fee of 1070

Hoping we do by next week too! That would be great! Nope had to pay for both of them. I believe it ends up being just over $1700 as if they are filed together, the child's runs around $695 or close to that...
