My husband and I are in the final stages at the NVC, waiting on case complete and interview in Montreal. My husband has not filed his 2013 taxes yet, will this cause a problem of any kind for us? I can get on his butt to file if need be but dont want to nag unnecessarily. I dont want to be THAT wife

Did you fill out your Affidavit of Support? I know that when I filled mine out you needed to have your 2013 Tax Information and a copy of your tax return. This is at NVC stage.

yes but the AOS is my (the petitioner) income not his(the beneficiary) .

No, it wont cause any problems - as long as you (the petitioner) have yours done and available for them to see at the interview. It was the same thing for me and my husband.

Side note: Depending on your specific situation, having his taxes filed could come into play if you decided to amend your tax return and file married/joint.
