Did you open or resubmit the ds-261 at any time? Maybe it showed incomplete?

The only thing you can do is call and ask to speak to a supervisor about the delay.

And this might be helpfull to someone.. whenever you want to call them call at 7am eastern time. Thats when they open and you wait only for 5 minutes. I learned that when i tried to logg in once at night to fill out 261 form and it told me that my case was terminated. I couldnt sleep all night. Call them at 7 and they told me they had issues with their website.

no do not send DS before IV fee. wait till IV fee is enable on-line pay it and send ds form.

by the way I fill out DS from on-line didn't had to send by mail.

finally iv fees for my case invoiced after 11 wks of AOS fees payment ,currently its status is "in process".

My question is what would be the next step?

Can i send Pricipal applicant's original documents to NVC ,though the fees status is not "paid" yet and ds 260 and document cover sheet are not available yet?

Bar coded cover sheet should be available on payment not on Paid status.

Yes you can send the IV docs.

For anyone in the future if your IV bill doesn't show up within 60 days of your only submission of the DS-261 then call and speak to a supervisor. You'll have to call before 6pm EST most likely, as the supervisors are govt employees (unlike the call center operators).

Hi,

Same here. Just got invoiced for IV and paid it already.

If I mail the IV docs, will I mail the AOS docs altogether? Please advise. Thank you.

If so you can send them at the same time as the IV. Just put each section in it's own envelope then put both into a larger envelope.
