Well we are on the 3rd day of our issued status, and we decided to go track my wife's visa/passport. We went to the site http://ustraveldocs.com/in/in-niv-passporttrack.asp to track where her visa is currentlyat. We did both option 1 and 2 and I have recieved the message "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted." Is that a common passport status for most people? My wife also called 2Go and they said they don't have it. My wife thinks the embassy put the Issued status so we wouldn't bother them about our AP status. Any thoughts?

It can take 5-10 days after status goes to issued before seeing the visa. After ISSUED the embassy will then print the visa in the passport, package the case file (DO NOT OPEN envelope) then prep for delivery to 2GO. Relax... it's on the way! ;)

Yes it is. I got that exact same message at that point in the progression on mine, and a customer service rep at the embassy confirmed my suspicion that it is indeed a common message. One day later it turned to Consular Office released passport for final processing or something like that. Yours shoudl say that tomorroow.

After an "Issued" status, it might still take some time for the visa to printed, affixed to the passport, for the brown enveloped visa packet to be sealed, and then finally moved to another room for 2Go pick-up. If 2Go said they don't have it, that means it has not been entered into their system and that 2Go hasn't actually picked it up in the last batch that they had. If within Manila, your wife will receive a text from 2Go about 4-5 business days from "Issued" status. If outside Manila, an additional 1-2 days.

Btw, USEM won't put "Issued" to a visa application if there's any pending review needed. So don't think too much. You guys are almost there. :)

Edit: Ooops... Yes, just what Hank said! :D
