Hi Folks,

Submitted my DS260. Hopefully get my interview next year...please god.

In the mean time can we go to the USA? Im asking specifically about the 90 days holiday visa? Cna we enter the states on holiday?

If you're a national of one of the visa waiver countries then its not a problem. If you normally need a visa to visit the US, they might scrutinize you a bit, but as long as you show you have ties to your country (a job there, family, or own a house, etc.) then you should not have a problem.

You should be fine and it won't affect your application if you're just going for a vacation.

Possibly, but unlikely, they might ask you some questions when entering the US to put their minds at ease that you're entering for a vacation and not trying to stay permanently. But again, their concern is mainly for people who normally need to get a tourist visa to visit the US while also having a immigrant visa pending.
