You should not lie in your interview. Lying and getting caught is a great way to end up being banned for 10 years. HOWEVER, you also should not volunteer information that you are not asked about. Therefore I would be surprised if your interviewer asked about this. For example, the question might be, 'What was your purpose for visiting the USA the last time you were there?' The honest answer is presumably, that you wanted to visit friends or family or that you were there because you wanted to see some specific tourist type sights. Assuming that is an honest answer then and that your intention for going to the USA wasn't actually to work there on a tourist visa you have told the truth while not volunteering information that incriminates you.

The cardinal rule when dealing with USCis is to never misrepresent facts. You did in the application. There is a chance that they already have found out what the real facts are; you are risking getting caught and that will not work very well in your case.

You are now in a difficult place.

No one here will condone being untruthful and the answer you will get is to disclose during the interview -which is the right thing to do by the way.

I'd seek a good attorney to represent your case and follow his/her advise.

Good luck

(organizer hat off)

It is likely time to retain the services of proper legal counsel.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Suggests a criminal history and a child can not file a waiver.

Do you have a qualifying relative who can, spouse, parent?

Certainly is.
