Hi all,my interview willbe on july 30.

This is my concern: i am a nurse practicing 6 years until feb2012. I went to national guard hospital in march 2011. I did medical before goin riyadh here in ph on their assigned clinic and all went well. Then after we arrived in Riyadh saudi arabia, they asked us again to repeat the medical. Then, in their clinic at national guard they asked me to comeback at pulmo because in my PPD i am positive. They told me take meds of TB but my collegues told me not to start with since we asian are really exposed to TB. So in short i didnt took the medication. Now i will be on interview on july 30, will they see the same problem? Will they asked for sputum? I am very fine thnx God never been hospitalized except for my CS. Will i have to go in medical now so i can prepare atleast? Pls help

It all depends if something will show up in your chest x-ray. May it be a blur only.. They are quite strict with TB screening. The earlier you do the medical, the better..

Hello! Well, if they saw something then they might see it too on your medical interview.

But if you say you are sure that you're healthy when you go to your medical interview, I don't think you have to worry. I'm a smoker and I got worried about my medical too but my results were okay.

Just keep yourself healthy til you get to your medical.

Its better to have medical if you have some concerns regarding the result.its better to do it as early as now. I have known someone who had undergone tb tx for six months and was treated with a certification from the doctor but still since st lukes still find something on her xray, she was still advised to do sputum exam and waited two months fornthe result. I hope this helps.
