Should I wait before I contact NVC for interview?

I'm just wondering... My fiance had his medical in London and the case was updated 5/19.

We were waiting for his UAE police clearance to arrive and found out that it is one of the countries where the police certificate wouldn't be available if he's not living in the country anymore. It's recommended for this to be waved.

Anyways, after that he completed his readiness form online and now the case has been updated today as of 6/4.

Should I wait 2 weeks before I contact the NVC for his interview?

Interview: 6/27/14 (APPROVED!!!)

Visa pick-up: 7/9/14 <3

AOS received: 4/21/15

Biometrics: 5/20/15

EAD letter received: 7/6/15
