IV Fee Payment for Son Unpayable

Hi, need help! My son's IV fee cant be payed, the select box for the payment (230USD) can't be clicked and is grey out. Tried calling NVC but busy lines always for a week now. And we cant proceed to the next step. Anybody experienced this before? Pls help. Thank you!

How long ago did you pay the AOS fee? Has NVC received the AOS documents?

When the IV fee is ready to be paid, it will appear in the payment portal.

The IV fee invoice will be available 15-20 days after DS261 submission.

Me and my son's ds261 submission was on the same date. My husband is ou petitioner. Got my iv fee generated and paid, but his, still not payable. Is that possible? Both of our aos fee also paid.

Paid the aos fee may 7,2014 then status show paid may 8. iv fee shows pay now, but after clicking the link, select box for payment is greyed out and shows 0.00 $ instead of 230$.

If you have paid AOS fee on 7th May then you might want to call NVC to find why it is not available.

Iv fees is not invoiced yet ,already more than two months!!

two month is long time. Call NVC. call 10 times a day and you will get through.
