why nvs ask from beneficiary to fill out AOS form?Confusing! Important to know!

well today my husband ( petitioner) received email from NVC - they say that i ( beneficiary ) need zo fill out AOS form!!! HM. im not US citizen, im the beneficiary and i dont think i can fill it out. why would they ask from me to fill it out?

Also, husband called nvc after we sent both packages and they said they have both IV package and AOS form received ( from my husband - he filled it and shipped it to them as he is US citizen).

i dont know why they ask from beneficiary to fill it ? is it some error or they really want it from beneficiary?

This is very important to know and i would appreciate the answer, this is so confusing

it is so confusing. i already sent them IV package which has my documents as beneficiary.

and my husband sent them AOS form with tax records atatched. and they confirmed they have it both now.

HM................ it is what is written in email that my husband received, among things like case numbers and that they reviiewd my docuents in IV package

we also sent AOS form ( my husband's AOS form to NVC with ATTN:CMR and not ATTN:DR but i guess since at the phone they confirmed thay have both packages, it is not issue

thank you a lot for the answer! Are you sure it is false check list and i wonder if others happen to receive false checklists too and how to recognize it ?

, at the phone they confirmed us they have both packages received and now suddnely , i, as beneficiary is asked to fill out AOS form. it really confused me so much.

i hope so it is false checklist and i still dont know why they would ask from beneficiary to fill out AOS form .....
