B2 visa applicant with Us citizen sister and legal permanent parents

hi everyone, am from Philippines, 28 years old, single but 6 yrs in a relationship, currently base in abu dhabi, average income, i have good bank account. working as a licensed nurse. first company here in abu dhabi for almost 5yrs.... i want to go to USA to spend my 30days annual leave with my legal permanent resident parents and UScitizen sister. i will pay for my own trip. please anybody here assess my case if theres a chance that i can get B2 visa. thanks

Is the person you're in a relationship with local to you in Abu Dhabi?

I think your chances look pretty good actually. The UAE isn't exactly a country millions of people are trying to escape from. And you have a good long-term job. You take a letter from your employer stating that you're in good standing and that they expect you back to work at the end of the 30 days. And I think you should be in pretty good shape!

my bf is here also, we're both expat here in abu dhabi. yup my employer will give me "no objection letter" to get visa and travel for 30days in USA to spend my vacation with my parents..

i already applied, and just waiting for the actual interview this month...

A history of legal residence in a third country without overstay is a plus.

added to that, 2008 i applied and was denied for b2 visa.. that time i just finished my studies, passed my nursing board exam and just started working in the hospital. in the past application my sister will pay for my trip going to us.. no words utter from VO's mouth and i was denied..(yup i know why ) i believed that my past application is far different from now..

sorry, but the CO did not remain silent during your first B2 interview....you were asked some questions....seems like everyone tries to tell that story, that the CO said nothing, just denied the application...sorry...that does NOT happen anywhere on the planet...and you still have very marketable skills in the US...

What family members do you have outside the US? Your parents and sister are there -- with, as others have pointed out, marketable skills and most/all of your family in the US, it will be an uphill battle to qualify for a visitor's visa. Don't want to say it's impossible -- just want to add another factor for you to consider.
