My paperwork has been processing for some time now but because of my two RFE I really can't put a timeline on when anything will be completed- I still haven't even received my EAD yet. So I, thinking it would be wise to apply for the AP card. Is it too late? And will I have to pay a fee for it or naah?

include a copy of the I-485 receipt letter, formletter I-797

and send it in with a cover letter...

good luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

No fee .. The cost for I-131 and I-765 are waived if you have filed for AOS. Just include the AOS NOA (I-797), as Darnell advised.

For the cover letter, include a summary of your I-131 (AP) packet contents such as G-1145, I-131, etc (other required documents). Refer here for the rquirements: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-131instr.pdf

How about I-765 (EAD)? Did you apply for this already? If not, might as well include this with your AP application. Just remember that EAD has a separate set of requirements. The processing time is the same as with AP and they are approved or adjudicated in parallel.

I applied for everything else when I applied for my AOS except the I-131. Thanks
