IOoeceived my 2nd NOA about a month ago but somehow it got misplaced in the rest of my mail. Since then I received another notice saying my fiances I-129f had been received and was being sent to the embassy in my fiances country. I found the NOA2 in my mail pile and felt like a dope for not opening it as soon as it arrived and instead putting it aside. Better late than never, my fiance had already filled out the DS-130 online and I'm ready to send all the necessary papers and a copy of the I-129F that was originally sent to USCIS. But when I was looking at some of the forms that they are going to send my fiance in his country, I saw that one of them asks for proof of engagement. We have no proof of engagement except for a picture of our hands together with our rings on our fingers. Should I send this with everything else today?? Is there a way I can get everything to him in Tunisia faster than normal?

A letter of intent to marry is also proof of an engagement.

Agree! A letter should suffice.

FedEx it. I haven't sent any letters/documents from the U.S.A yet but I did receive my fiancé's Intent to Marry Letter via FedEx from Tunisia. He sent it to me on a Monday and I received it on Thursday afternoon. I was surprised how fast it came! Call them to ask about sending it to Tunisia. Good luck!
