We had our interview 5/13/14 there was a problem with her NBI it was fixed then her DS-160 some how got lost in there system and had to be resubmitted, all issues have been resolved, I have found many topics on this subject but nothing cut and dried. Our case is saying

Non Immigrant: Issued.

Immigrant: Ready

I know this is a hybrid visa do both Non Immigrant and Immigrant need to be Issued status. if so how long does this take were getting close to 2 years trying to get this visa.

Thanks in advanced

It seems to be non-consistent with K1s. Some get it though ceac's Non-IV and some through IV. Is the MNL number correct? If so, then your fiancee's visa is issued. It may take some time though for her visa to be printed, then affixed on the passport, and finally for pick-up by 2Go. USEM website says it might take between 5-10 days after visa issuance for the visa to be finally received by the applicant. If she's in Manila, she will receive a text from 2Go within 3-4 business days. An additional 1-2 days if outside Manila.

Yes the MNL is correct I have been on the phone a few times with the case worker after she resubmitted the lost DS-160 to make sure they had the new confirmation number so they could link the new number to the case number.

They might have paired it up already because the ceac status says "Issued", but always best to verify with the embassy, in any case.

Congrats! and very very soon, to your fiancee, welcome to America! :dancing:

That is very odd to see the NON IMMIGRANT status as the K-1 is processed as an immigrant visa. When you scheduled the interview did you select IMMIGRANT? Have you emailed the embassy on this? The embassy already has the new NBI and DS-160 correct?

I don't think it is a major issue, being you are getting status updates as READY under immigrant.
