unable to obtain original birth certificate

HI

I am at the stage of collecting paperwork for packet 3. My fiance is having trouble obtaining a birth certificate. His birth was never entered into the union council and the late entry process is very complex and can take upto two months. He has the B form. Is there any other way around it. I am mainly looking for answers from pakistani people who might have had similar issues so admin if u could please put this topic in the appropriate portal for pakistan.

The portals are simply filters used by the forum software. The filters sort the posts based on the country listed in your profile. So, everyone with Pakistan listed in their settings for their country will have their posts automatically show in the portal for Pakistan, no matter where in the forums they are posted.

If you want to make a post specifically aimed at those for your same consulate, then you need to actually start your topic in the regional forum for your country. I. BIRTH CERTIFICATES

a. After 197-

1. birth certificate issued by: a. NADRA

b. hospital

c. municipal corporation

d. local union council e. cantonment board

B/ "bey form

2. Form" issued by NADRA

a. Lists all children under age 18

b. Authenticity watermark of Jinnah

c. Silver foil markings

b. 1947 to 197-

1. no-entry certificate of birth

2. Domicility certificate: pre-dates Pakistan’s National Identity Card

3. Form B/"bey form" a. Name

s of all children entered by hand onto boilerplate form b. Stamped by _________________

1. Sworn affidavit ("rupee paper")

a. Statement made by an elder or someone alive at the time of birth

II. Notes about Birth Certificates

a. The father’s name (and his father’s name) will always appear on the birth certificate

c. Smaller cities and villages will issue birth certificates almost exclusively in Urdu

III. DOCUMENTS IN LIEU OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE

a. In cases where a birth certificate is not available, school records with both the child’s name and the parent’s name may be accepted as evidence of parentage. The records should be stamped by the school principal or registrar.

So would having a B form instead of birth certificate is acceptable?

Best thing for you to do in this instance is to go to the NADRA office with your b form. They do not at all take 2 months. You will get your birth certificate within a few days. Try leveraging the situation with some money.

I know of someone who had a similar issue late last year. He had to go to the Union Council, show his Nadra Card, Nadra Bey Form and his school record showing his father's name on the paper. He gave some money and got the card 2 days later.

Again, the B form is not an acceptable substitute to a birth certificate. You need to get a new birth certificate through NADRA. As one poster mentioned, it can be obtained by presenting them school records etc.

As I know about birth cirtificate te the union council give u a form tht u need to fill out and they snd it to nadra office after two days u can get ur birth cirtificate . In union concil u give some money or some reference they will do it fast. I think in tht form thy ask about r parents informibation ur grandparents need to attest from 17 grade officer or high school teacher than retrun t to union council. They will snd ur form to get u birth certifcate thats how I got mine

thanks for all your help. My fiance ended up going through union council.. long story short it took us literally a month to try to get the birth certificate. We did try the money method unfortunately that didn't help us at all.

You can also include the matric certificate with other documents. It will show the same birthday so it can be used as secondary proof regarding the birthday. It certainly won't hurt to send it with.
