Finally i got a respond from the havana interest section on the AP. Al they had to say was that they were still revising the case and they were sorry for the prolonged time they are taking but some cases need to go through extra checks before the adjudicate a visa. We have been in AP for 77 days now. The case status date changed on June 3 the same day and minutes apart from receiving the email so i guess the date changes everytime they go into the computer to check the case. We are still in AP. I also got an email don my senator that i need to sign a consent form for them to investigate why its taking so long. I have sent that in this morning lets see what they come up with

How intensely frustrating that is to have to get to that point and still have to keep waiting, hang in there and hopefully you will get some good news soon. Just curious...are you Cuban-American?

It is the most frustrating thing i have ever gone through. Yes I was born in miami and my parents are from Havana
