Case Complete at the NVC so how long until they notify us

I just called the NVC and was told our case was complete :dancing: They are in the process of scheduling the the interview for my wife at the Tokyo embassy. My question to any of you is.... How long does it usually take for the NVC to notify us by email that our case is complete and or how long does it take for them to change the status of our case from "At NVC" to "Case Complete" on the ceac.state.gov page where we can check the status of our application???? All the agent would say is that they would send out an email in a couple of days and the ceac website would be updated but wouldn't say when. It was GREAT to hear him say the words Case Complete, but I'd like to see it written from them ASAP. What has been some of your experiences on this time frame???

Well i got Case Complete on Monday and got the e-mail on Tuesday/ yesterday. Now about the interview, all depends on the Embassy. I found out, by reading the statistics that Paris takes about 10 to 15 days to get a date and is always to the next month, so I am hoping July is the time.

2014-03-19 - DS-260 completed online
2014-04-01 - IV packet sent
2014-04-04 - AOS & IV Packages arrived NVC
2014-04-21 - IV Package false check list
2014-04-22 - AOS check list
2014-05-07 - AOS check list Package scanned at NVC
2014-06-02 - Case completed
2014-06-11 - Interview scheduled
