regards,

You're asking for help, but not quite forth coming in your response. You've been asked what precisely does your son sell, you keep replying "he's a Service Sales Representative that include in Zone 4". That's not quite answering the question you know.

Does he sell "goods for wholesalers or manufacturers where technical or scientific knowledge is required in such areas as biology, engineering, chemistry, and electronics"? This is the job description for a Zone 4, SPV 7.0<8.0 Service Sales Rep, Unless the answer is yes, he cannot claim this job category. So what precisvely does your son sell???

Thank you SusieQQQ.

I am here to ask help again as I found this forum very useful for people those who want to travel or living in US.

before I ask question I want to clear that, I am step father I marry when his age was one year his biological father died he didn't saw him at all he conceder and call me Dad since then.

After get the SSN he apply green card where in USCIS form I-130 there is no option to mention Step Father only biological father, Mother name he mention already

My Question is;

1) How he can mention there my name as Stepfather if there is no options?

2) Will he have to change information in Form I-130 or he have to submit another form?

3) What after receive the Green card he will add my name and how?

Kind Regards,

Jedsami

I don't understand what you are asking about where to add your name? He can't sponsor parents for a green card until he is a citizen, if that's what you are referring to.

If you married the mother when he was 1 you can be petitioned but not before he becomes a USC , green card holders can only petition spouses and children. When he is a citizen he will need to show your marriage when he was a child to petition you.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
