when my fiance enter to the USA can we get married in another state?

hi,

this is my situation, visa approved

i am preparing the environment when my fiance enter to the USA.

I am living in NEW JERSEY, as soon my fiance enter here he will get a job in BROOKLYN.

my apartment is to small,I am planing to move but i don't want to move in NJ because he will goes to work out of NJ.

MY QUESTION IS...can we get married in BROOKLYN when all the applications paper say he will comes to live with me in NEW JERSEY???

You don't have to get married within the same state you reside. A legal marriage in any of the 50 states is all that is required of a K-1 visa
