I file I130 for my wife and my priority dat was Dec, 2013.

A case number was generated at NVC in March, 2014 (after NOA1 -Jan and NOA2-February). But, the customer assistant at NVC that i spoke to in April told me that my IIN is not generated yet and will not be available till my wife priority date is current.

But, people that submited their I130 in March,2014 are getting their case number and IIN.

So, for all the December, 2013 filers..............did you get your IIN number and case number?

Try asking them for "invoice number" instead of IIN. HTH

My PD is March 11th and when I called at first, I was only given case number but the second time I called and specifically asked for my IIN and the lady I spoke to willingly gave it to me... Guess it depends on the person you'll speak to... So give them another call

Am a little bit confused.............i called NVC today and the lady i spoke to told me that the Invoice number is not generated yet because my PD is not current.

But, i read other people post that have PD of Feb,2014 and they already have case number and Invoice number.

Is there any Dec,2013 PD for F2A out there that have his/her own case number and invoice number?

Keep calling... One day you'll be given your IIN... Like I said in my previous post.. It all depends on the NVC agent you speak to...

Call again and again. It happened to me for my husband's case. I think some of them are to lazy to check but some are helpful. I hope you get lucky with them. It took me many times before I got my husbands case and IIN. They also told me the same thing that since its not current no case number or IIN will be generated. I called them almost everyday and one day I got it. :)
