Again, I've decided that until the latest bunch of insert various people make it through the place that shall not be named, I will no longer provide support. Even the saint has mostly given up on her quest since insert various people refuse to read guides and prefer to plow through something that they do not understand just mindlessly. There are obviously a few that have the comprehension and ability to do this themselves (or at the very least have hired decent lawyers) and make it through just fine with the occasional question. But many just drive me f*cking bananas.

I wish it weren't so. I rather enjoyed helping. I guess I'll stick to moving threads around instead.

Do the sellers HAVE to reject or counter an offer??

No, but your offer is void at the time dictated on it. However, you can still choose to accept their acceptance after the deadline.

Void in the sense that you don't need to fulfill the obligations that you attached with it and are free to make offers on new houses.

Their REA should have asked your REA for more time if they needed it, kind of sloppy not to.

Maybe something else will work out?

Their rea did... Until 2pm on Saturday (the contract was until 8am) and our rea replied with our verbal upgrade but no other information has been provided from these home owners since then. The listing is still active according to all websites so they haven't accepted another offer as of yet either.

We have some time to keep looking so we will. I found something that's more than we wanted to spend but maybe we can offer under? Who knows. There's only pictures of half the house and there's no fridge... which means buying one. Dunno if there is a washer or dryer either.

Maybe something else will come up. Should've offered more for the last one that was rejected, but hindsight is 20/20.

Someone's bitter and hate's Disney.

I will admit I giggled at a few, but that's Disney magic... you kinda gotta go with it.

Frozen was a snoozefest.

Plus, he goes after every film, not just Disney. I'm terrified to see what he has to say about The Hobbit. He shall not pass.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.
