Sure - I know all about why you not go get it -

but - where is it now? and are you certain?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

a note to anyone chasing after a house.

I prefer to scour the obituary sections in the newspaper,

then look up county tax records based on the name,

then see if there is a house attached to the name....

then contact a relative at the wake . if done at a funeral - it's creepy but but must use different approach.

W T F is with all the multiple offers. OMG it's depressing.

i don't think the house is worth more than we offered.... but it's under asking price...

On the positive side my brother and his fiancee had a baby girl. YAY my mom let me know since he still doesn't speak to me.

Dang that's frustrating

Congrats on you niece, hopefully your brother pulls his head out of the mud ya thats it!

We decided not to offer more. Don't want to overpay either. The kitchen and bathrooms are pretty much original or from 90s upgrades. We'd have to put some work into it.

Man I can't believe that it's almost July, and I've not made a single fishing trip yet.....

there's gotta be a better way than this...

Maybe call on these same people who you help to help you get the boat ready?

Citi couple going down to wash tomorrow...

The mechanical aspects are complex, even changing a battery is no easy task, as they are "Isolated" from each other thru mini- computers, there are 4 terminals on each battery, each terminal is occupied by a multitude of wires. The batteries are rotated and 2 of the 5 are replaced annually.
