Japan is on my bucket list.

Uhhhh I am so tired and I didn't get to finish cleaning the house. I'm not sure the rest can be clean without replacing the things with new items. The tenant, who decided to stain the floors without sanding, also got stain inside the refrigerator, on the sink, on painted things... *sigh* and I tried CLR but can't get the discolorations out the shower/tub things.

Whoever remodeled the bathroom also didn't put a shut off valve behind the toilet. :( I dislike when people don't do things properly.

I hate that too, every time I clean or fix something I complain about the same thing.

Here a bid will go with a purchase agreement and a check for some amount. If you fail to follow through, you'll lose that money, unless some clause lets you out of the sales agreement.
