Well you enjoy it anyhow.

I'm annoyed at my husband for being negative and picky. He's much pickier than I am. :(

I'm also annoyed we didn't offer more for that house. Somehow I saw it sold for 10k more than we offered, which according to zillow, is what it was worth. Really really really really annoyed.

From now on... I'll bid what I think we should. I had a feeling to bid to our budget and just walk away if the appraisal didn't work out (or if they wouldn't go lower.)

Hubs was angry today, said "friend said why didn't we use their person because better networking etc... " I said nothing... but in my mind I was SCREAMING "BECAUSE YOU F*CKING DIDN'T F*CKING CALL THEM!!!" I've been doing all the friggin work. Had we started searching for a freaking house in JANUARY when I wanted to start looking, we'd have one. So don't friggin complain to me!!!

On the plus side, I found an apartment complex that's more in tune with our needs (aka price point with 2 bedrooms.) So I'll call them tomorrow when I'm more relaxed.
