We found out our best friends are expecting their first baby in December, and they're making us the godparents, meaning there is a trip to London for us in the not to distant future. :) Finally some pleasant news! Very excited.

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.

They about the same Nik, the mortgage broker shops with his banks for a lower rate, and "get you bought". A bank is more straight forward. But shop the banks before you pick one.

Wells Fargo by you should be among the best. I dunno if you have Santander, they're great over here for low rates.

Chase and citi are among the worst.

But your hubs has VA.....
