Many loads warshed/dried, as on a heavy every-other-Sunday (including sheets). Very standard loads, very standard order, very routine completion, still no compensation from Steveklar, si and si and si and no man.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Okay, this morning makes me wish I had the power to block a spammer from posting. All I can do is hide them away from the main forum boards. Spam bot is fast and posts far too much. :ranting:

So the hubs is finally as he puts it "depressed enough and miserable enough to vent" and lord behold...he sent me an email.....short one.....the main points .....

- he dislikes Steve ....he does not have a reason for it but he dislikes him

- he believes that I don't listen to his suggestions when it comes to doing things ( not quite sure which suggestions he is talking about but he had been known to think about saying things but then never saying them assuming he had said them out loud as he thought them...)

- and he gave up trying (where was he trying again ?) but so have I (no really ? took pretty much 6 months for him to realize ? emails and my attempts at talking were not hint enough?)

- so the end of it is...he does not like Steve and it is my fault we are where we are today....at least we know where the issue lies

I would have cared 6 months ago....I truly do not care now. If that makes me a bad person so be it.

I dunno....is this some psychological thing I dont get......of course I am acting differently now....it has been months on end of #######....and so now he has stuff to complain about and blames all of it on me essentially...i dont do this and dont do that and i am like....uh yes I dont....because i have had enough....so you want me to go back to whatever i was like before so you dont have to worry and I can stay unhappy ? like wth....

It is a classic abuse technique, because as long as you are questioning whether it is your fault, you'll stay in the relationship.

and it still makes me feel bad....I am ok enough to respond back with "uh i gave up of course I am different and it is a little too late now for you to try to pull me back in" but still....it is like....how dare you put this all on me....you do nothing and now i am to blame because i dont listen to you anymore or dont want to do things with you (which you still dont suggest anyways....oh but yes..I told him to go nap to his room so there it is...my bad)...

oh and MIL is pissed off...cause FIL and I went on a bike ride...to his work (I gave up half way...geez he too fast lol) so I guess I wont be doing that anymore....she had sour look and thought she was gonna kill me. geez.....chill woman. you the queen, i am gone in 3 weeks you can rejoice then.
