so supposed to see 2 houses today. was looking at more houses and suddenly one that we're going to see is pending?! #######! You have a showing for the house and suddenly you decide to accept an offer? Rude IMHO.

I had that happen a couple of times in CT with houses, especially bigger houses that didn't need any work.

One time realtor wasted my time insisting on seeing the house next door, which was $40k more, in negotiations, and not our taste at all.

Glad to see him in his natural habitat :)

They should honor the appointment and show the house, making clear that any offers are "back up offers"

I don't even want to see it now. I'n not wasting anyone's time. The price that it's at, likely it'll sell to that offer. I won't go see the other one either. It is out of price range and will probably go for that but IMHO it's over priced by 20k...So we'll keep an eye on it, but i doubt it.

I hate the a55holes who sell them and take more than they're worth. I officially hate house shopping and am now going to cry. :crying:

and the ARM on my chair that was already broke, just finished breaking completely. it's still on, just if i lean on it, it'll scrunch down again.

I'm going to shoot people on the internet.

GI problems, works as an excuse every time

LPoMP (Last Post on My Page) and therefore unread, but Mrs. T-B. was complaining of gastrointestinal problems earlier. On the spot, I composed this haiku, see man:

De intestinos:

Diarrea, pedos, y...

...Caldos de culo!

(From intestines: diarrhea, farts, and... ...butt-streaks from the hindquarters!)

Where is Part Many when this and the ones before merit critiquing, huh man?

Our house, when we moved in 7 years ago had 4 cats locked in for a month...we were scraping stuff like that picture off walls for days!!!
