Went camping

Twas fun, considering it was just the two of us.

We were going to go fishing but forgot to eat all day and decided, F it.. lets just set up camp and cook food.

Sooooo Niki set up the tent and everything within, and hubs set up the fire. The wood is so dry a chimp could light the fire. Did I mention I took it all back down again today? Sigh. Oh and when I said hey, can you put the cooler away in the Jeep. He does, but in the wrong spot (I don't want a cooler coming flying from the back to hit us on the head in an emergency stop thanks) and I said it's in the wrong spot. He gets all pissy... blah blah don't want to help blah blah always has to be done your way blah blah blah... I'm like, I packed the Jeep, the cooler has a spot, just put it back where you found it. No you do it. OKay mr 4 year old. LOL (Oh this was after I took a picture of him and he got pissy. He says: Is it too much to ask for you to not take pictures of me!? Yes it is actually. I won't post them anywhere but I will take photos of you, so suck it up.

Anyhow, apparently I slept alright and he didn't so I drove home after he started shaking his head to stay awake.

So we're going to look at two more houses today. Was supposed to be 3 but one is off the market already. That's okay, the longer they're on there, the better chance we have at paying the actual worth of the house vs what the owners want to oversell it for. I'm not paying 5-10-20k more than a house is worth.

So what did we do while camping? I read a book, watched the fire, took some pictures (wanted to take some on the way home but he ignored my asking) and relaxed. Too bad it's so annoying to set up and take down to relax!

My husband is who he is. Doesn't mean he doesn't tick me off and since this is the rant thread, that you guys will likely hear the worst.

On Friday, he took the day off to spend with me. I was angry because I had to spend 2 hours more at work vs spending my day with him. Then I was annoying to him all day, just cranky, tired, and moody.

We get home today, he has a shower, i make food, and I get a huge 5 min hug. YAYS.

Now I'm clean too, laundry is going, and life is normal.

The hillbilly can be dense sometimes but for the most part he's pretty good.

Oh speaking of the hillbilly hes been hard at work smoking a pork butt since last night, now he's smoking a couple of whole chickens. I took the little ones to church and he was cooking cleaning and making yummies. As this is the vent thread I will complain that he made another mess after he cleaned up

Also why does my siggy appear huge sometimes and perfectly the right size others?
